Margherita Pizza


1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup RISE Super Flour
2 teaspoon salt

1 oz tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chopped herbs
1 cup shredded mozarella chese


Mix yeast and water in a bowl. Let sit for five minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for 8-10 minutes.
Coat dough with olive oil.
Let rest covered in a warm spot for 3 hours.
Knead every 30 minutes.
Stretch dough over an oiled sheet pan.
Smother with tomato sauce, herbs, and cheese.
Preheat oven to highest setting
Bake for 20 minutes.
Eat hot.
