Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of RISE Super Flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 ripe bananas
3/4 cups of powdered sugar
2/3 cups of unsweetened applesauce
1 cup of chocolate chunks
1 cup of broken walnuts
1/2 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/3 cup olive oil

PROCEDURE

Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Mix in beaten eggs, vanilla, oil, and applesauce.
Add sugar, baking powder, chocolate and walnuts.
Stir in the flour gradually until you get an even mix.
Scoop into a buttered muffin tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let Cool
