Mushroom Quiche


1 cup of RISE Super Flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbsp shredded parmesan
1 tbsp salt
1 egg

1/2 pound of white mushrooms. sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
4 pods of garlic, chopped
4 leaves of Sage
1/4 cup of water
3 eggs
2.5 oz of Goat Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste


Mix all the ingredients together and knead until it forms a consistent dough
In a bake-safe dish, spread the dough to create an even crust.

Cook the mushrooms in olive oil until soft.
Add garlic and Sage, cool until the leaves are soft.
Add salt, pepper, cheese and water, stir to form an even mixture.
Mix in beaten eggs and pour sauce into the crust.

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Bake quiche for 30 minutes.
Eat hot.
