Rustic Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 cup RISE Super Flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 package dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt

PROCEDURE

Make a starter in a bowl with yeast, sugar and water.
Let sit for an hour.
Mix in ingredients and knead into a dough.
Let sit covered for 3 hours.
Knead, and let sit for 1 hour.
Heat a dutch oven at 375 F.
Carefully put the dough in the dutch oven and cover it
Bake for 35 minutes.
Eat it with grass-fed butter.
